CRN Telephone Protection Guide - CEG prepared an easy-to-use guide discussing the potential hazards and mitigating equipment associated with wire communications lines entering a substation environment. The published guidebook length was 15 pages.

Marshall Municipal Utilities - CEG was hired by the City of Marshall to look at the added electrical supply costs the utility would incur as the city annexed areas outside the city over the next 20 years.

Litchfield Long-Range Plan - CEG was hired as the engineer for the City of Litchfield electric department. Completed work includes a review and update of a Long Range Plan that was completed in 2000 and assistance with various motor starting issues at First District.

Shakopee Public Utilities - CEG has provided Shakopee support of various distribution line projects and a detailed review of a transformer differential relay operation.

Great River Energy Long-Range Plan - This project provided analysis of the Great River Energy electrical transmission system and recommendations for transmission additions for the 25 year timeframe. CEG worked with Great River Energy transmission planning engineers as a member of the Great River Energy Long Range Transmission Plan team. Our assignments covered the completion of the system-wide age and reliability analysis and the transmission plans for two of the twelve study areas of the Great River Energy system. The project included PSS/E load flow analysis, coordination with member distribution systems and other transmission utilities, project prioritization, and report writing.
